Acceptance
By accessing craigstamper.com or booking a session, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use this website or these services.
Sessions
Sessions are arranged by phone, video conference, or in person, by mutual agreement. Session length and fees are discussed and agreed upon in advance of each session.
Please arrive on time. If you need to reschedule, as much advance notice as possible is appreciated.
Conduct During Sessions
Sessions are conducted with mutual respect. Craig Stamper reserves the right to end any session at any time, without refund, in the event of abusive, threatening, intoxicated, or otherwise inappropriate behavior.
Recording
Sessions may not be recorded without prior consent from both parties.
Confidentiality
Information you share during a session is treated as confidential and will not be shared with third parties, except where disclosure is required by law.
Please note that as a spiritual practitioner rather than a licensed medical or mental health professional, Craig Stamper cannot offer legally privileged confidentiality of the kind provided by a physician, therapist, or attorney.
Gift Certificates
Gift certificates are purchased through Stripe, a third-party payment processor. Certificates do not expire and may be applied toward any service offered. Gift certificates are non-refundable and cannot be redeemed for cash.
Intellectual Property
All content on this website — text, images, recordings, and written materials — is the property of Craig Stamper LLC and may not be reproduced or distributed without written permission.
Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Arkansas.
Changes
These terms may be updated from time to time. Continued use of the website constitutes acceptance of any changes.
